The splendid Villa, located in the hills of the Chianti at only a few kilometres from downtown Florence, is the ideal location for presenting ceremonies, business meetings and events that speak of elegance and appreciation for the significant wine and extra-virgin olive oil production that is cultivated from the surrounding land. Passion is the driving force allowing the Malenchini family, owners of the Villa for more than two centuries, to foster the value of the cultural and agricultural legacy.

The villa has 34 beds divided in two properties.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

It's possible to rent just the spaces that you need for your event.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

The music is allowed until the 10 pm outside and until the 2:00 am inside. It's possible to add extra hours.
